The Root Lab is a non-profit organization, a social laboratory created and powered by us.
We seek to transform the mindset of people and work with them to address complex challenges in their communities, through training and generating leadership based on active listening and building collective power.
- We disseminate the methodology of community organizing through courses, webinars and digital resources
- Training, consulting and campaign design based on the values and principles of the methodology, aimed at vulnerable organizations and groups
